Reputed to be amongst the best in the world – Black Angus is a showstopper at Christmas festivities. Rich River Kurobuta Pork is possibly the best pork in the world. Succulent and fresh tasting, with fantastic mouth watering flavours, you will find it hard to eat any other pork. This product is full of moisture and a joy to eat, which is a credit to the excellent farming location just on New South Wales and Victorian border. Fernleigh Farm in Bullarto, Victoria (in the Macdeon Ranges & Spa Country, in Melbourne Surrounds), are proud to be organic producers of Wessex saddleback pigs, renowned for their flavour with products like Old-style Organic Hams, and beautifully fatted and flavoured pieces of pork.
Tobie Puttock, of Melbourne’s ‘Fifteen’ says "We get some really great pork and we don’t get a lot of this because of the old supply and demand thing. Fernleigh farms do mainly Wessex Saddleback pork. We can only get them on special occasions because they just don’t have the quantity."

Iberica Jamon, "Redondo Iglesias" Jamon Serrano, called the "Maestros del Jamon", they are known in Spain as specialists in the curing and aging of jamon. A hands-on artisan process is applied to its creation. The wild Iberico pig eats naturally growing plants of the dehesa like acorns (Bellota). This diet is the reason for the unsurpassed taste and quality of the traditional Dry-cured hams and sausages of Spain. These days the Iberico pig is also farmed and fed in a similar manner so that the world can enjoy some of this exceptional product. Luv-a-ducks are housed in large open sided enclosures with access to natural light, fresh air & clean water. Fed a diet of natural grain the ducks are protected from adverse weather and predators. Luv-a-duck's pure rendered duck fat is re-usable and makes the best roast potatoes imaginable! It has a long shelf life.

Ponthier Coulis

Since 1946, Ponthier has been producing a gourmet range of coulis and other fruit preparations that are internationally famous for its quality. Ponthier remains loyal to the authenticity of the local produce, to tradition and to its recipes, which are made in the traditional way.

Uses: Plate decoration, beside cakes and pastries, over ice creams, mixed with dairy products, in fruit salads. Use on it's own or mix with caster sugar and lemon juice.

Rieme, French Limonade

Rieme’s range of Limonade Artisanale has been manufactured in the French-Comte region of France since 1921. They are really nice with a dash of gin added. The sealed cap also makes the one-litre bottles reusable for water, homemade sauces or salad dressings.

Rich, creamy with a rounded flavour. Still made using traditional methods to ensure consistent quality. Crumbled and packed into a 100g ceramic pot.

 
Clarines de Perrin Cheese This soft & creamy cheese reflects the typically rich accent of the Franche Comté area near Switzerland. Cheeses are kept for three weeks in mountain vaults. Then they are wrapped in spruce bark and finished in a wooden round box. This spruce circling, is performed by skilled woodchoppers called "sangliers." Dig straight out of the tub! Yarra Valley Persian Fetta, multi award-winning silky textured cows milk fetta. Serve in a small bowl alongside your favourite mature cheeses and you will have an interesting addition to your cheese board.  Pave d'Affinois, A word of warning, one block between 2 or more people is not enough. As quoted by many reviewers, this mild triple cream delight is " as close to Nirvana as you can get without actually dying." Mild and buttery, don't have anything strong with it, but leave it until it reaches room temperature. If you are having a party, go for the sister size, La Buche D'Affinois La Roche Bleu Not all blues have to be strong and pungent. Some are made simply to please your palate and delight your senses. La Roche, for example, is a creamy and indulgent blue and the "mini" size makes it perfect for sharing. Milky, ever-so-lightly spicy, and well-balanced. Spread it over slices of fresh, warm baguette. Made in France of pasteurized cow's milk.
